We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible, with the pre-order period, shipping will commence in May, 2026.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external delivery providers.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to remedies for faulty goods.
Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be considered at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, written materials, artwork, card concepts and workshop structures, is protected by intellectual property laws.
The Corporate Cats and Project Cats toolkits are proprietary facilitation tools.
Purchase of a toolkit grants the right to use the materials for workshops and internal activities.
However, you may not:
Reproduce or copy the materials for resale
Distribute copies of the cards or content
Create derivative products based on the toolkit
Use the materials for commercial redistribution without permission
All rights remain with the creators.
